Fairy Fort Farm is comprised of a traditional-style animal farm, a fairy fort (to make wishes on), the Blue Star Hostel and self-catering cottages.

Come and enjoy farm walks through the fields and meadows, by streams and moorland.
You will find many different species of wildflowers, rabbit holes, fox dens, and badger sets. Breathe the fresh country air, relax, and unwind.

Traditional music sessions are a regular feature of the Tipperary North area.
You can find traditional pub music sessions every night of the week! The local musicians love to have guests join in.  Locals and visitors alike participate in these wonderful informal  'seisiun's'.

O'Donnell Blue Star Hostel is a lovely new bungalow containing a variety of accommodations, including an ensuite with private bathroom, rooms with a double bed, rooms with single beds, and a large 6-bed mixed dorm. and 8 bed west dorm (mixed).






The Small Cottage 
There is also a charming little 'love nest', an old whitewashed farm cottage which has been extensively renovated with all modern conveniences. It combines the best of traditional farm style with a fully-outfitted kitchen and comfortable double bed. A good place for some peace and quiet.

We speak English and Irish (Gaelic) and are also very interested in other languages and customs. We also love a singsong!

Guests will also have the opportunity of seeing the Celtic 'Stone Age' type hut which is situated on the ancient Rath or Fairy Fort, you may also see the 'Leaba an Leprechaun' or 'Tomb of the Unknown Leprechaun '
